What do you love about Cache Valley? What about our history and community is unique? Help us celebrate Cache Valley by submitting a video for the chance to win up to $300. Cache County is drumming up public awareness for Imagine Cache, an effort to shape the next 20 years of development in Cache Valley, with a video competition.

Our deadline has been extended! Contest submissions are now due by midnight on Sunday, January 24th. Three winners will be announced on February 1st and their videos will be used over the next year to help build awareness for an effort to shape the next 20 years of development in Cache Valley! Winners will be selected through a poll on this website between Janurary 25th and February 1st. Winners will be announced February 3rd.


1st Place Winner: $300

2nd Place Winner: $200

3rd Place Winner: $100


Rules and Regulations:

Complete this form.

  1. All entries must be digital MP4 video.
  2. Each entry must focus on telling a story or showcasing the uniqueness of Cache Valley.
  3. Applicants may work in groups or submit entries as individuals.
  4. Plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification. No copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) may be used for this contest unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material for this contest.
  5. Each video submission must have one main point of contact.
  6. Videos must be submitted via email to devservices@cachecounty.org or anytime before Sunday, January 24th at midnight.
  7. Everyone in your video must give permission to be filmed.
  8. Content must not 1) promote illegal behavior; 2) support racial, religious, sexual or other invidious prejudice; 3) advocate sexual or violent exploitation; 4) violate rights established by law or agreement; 5) invade the privacy of any person; or 6) be otherwise inappropriate as determined by Population Connection in its sole and conclusive determination.
  9. Winners will be determined by a vote of Cache County staff and a public poll on the Imagine Cache website from January 25th - 30th
  10. Entrants also grant Cache County Development Services the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and/or display the entrant’s project video without further compensation or notification to the entrant.
